These Terms govern your access to Boobshots.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material and is available only to people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. You must not use the Service where adult material is illegal or where access would otherwise violate applicable law. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the Service.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend or close accounts used in violation of these Terms or to protect users, the Service, or others.

3. Prohibited conduct and content

You may not use the Service to upload, submit, request, link to, describe, promote, or distribute:

• child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that sexualizes minors;
• content created or shared without every depicted person’s valid consent, including hidden-camera material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, extortion, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• deceptive manipulated or synthetic sexual media presented without the depicted person’s authorization;
• material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
• threats, harassment, doxxing, malware, fraud, or other unlawful or harmful material.

You also may not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the Service, scrape it without written permission, generate fraudulent advertising traffic, misuse automated systems, impersonate another person, or interfere with another user’s experience.

4. Comments and other submissions

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not place private or sensitive information in comments.

5. Site content

The Service and its design, software, branding, and hosted media are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal viewing through the Service, no rights are granted to copy, redistribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service or its content.

6. Moderation and removal

We may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove content or comments and may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate reports, protect safety, or comply with law. We are not obligated to host any particular content. Reports involving consent, minors, copyright, privacy, or other legal concerns may be submitted through our Content Removal and Safety form.

7. Advertising and third parties

The Service may display third-party advertising or link to third-party services. Those parties may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, security, or practices. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that all content is accurate, available, safe, or suitable for you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service operator and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
