Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Boobshots.com collects, uses, retains, and shares information when you use the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information: username, email address, password hash, profile name, avatar, verification status, and account permissions.
• Activity: likes, comments, uploaded content associated with authorized accounts, moderation actions, and related timestamps.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, security events, and cookies or similar browser storage used for sessions, CSRF protection, and age confirmation.
• Reports: information submitted through the Content Removal and Safety form. We retain a keyed hash rather than the raw IP address in the report record.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; verify accounts; deliver media; support likes and comments; prevent spam, abuse, and advertising fraud; process safety, privacy, and legal reports; communicate about accounts; maintain records; comply with law; and diagnose or improve performance.

Cookies and age confirmation

Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms, remember age confirmation, and support security. Blocking them may prevent parts of the Service from working. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies when advertising is enabled, subject to their own notices and any consent controls required in your location.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to providers that support hosting, database operations, private media storage and delivery, email, security, human verification, analytics, or advertising; to investigate abuse and protect rights or safety; in connection with a business reorganization; or when required by law.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data to distinguish people from abusive automation. Media may be stored and delivered using Amazon Web Services. JuicyAds supplies banner, native interstitial, and in-video advertising and may receive device, network, impression, and interaction data under its own privacy terms. The site uses first-party browser storage to limit how frequently interstitial and in-video ads appear. The JuicyAds verification tag itself does not set a cookie or load an advertising script.

We do not sell account information for money. We do not publish removal-report contact information.

Retention

Account and activity data is retained while an account is active and afterward when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement. Server logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary. Removal reports and related records may be retained to document our response, prevent repeated abuse, and meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted transport, restricted media access, password hashing, and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and promptly report suspected account compromise.

Your choices and rights

You may update available profile information from your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Submit a privacy request through the Content Removal and Safety form. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Adults only

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information or appears in content, submit an urgent report through the protected form. Do not send or re-upload suspected illegal material.

International processing and changes

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We may update this notice as the Service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
